About This Form

The application form must be completed IN FULL with all information requested. Please note there will be a delay in your application if you omit any information on this application form. Should the landlord decide to proceed with referencing yourself we will require 1 weeks rent holding fee for the property you have applied for (the holding fee is deductible from the first month`s rent on the property if successful), we will require you to sign a deposit receipt, once signed and returned you will be then be passed over to Vouch Tenant Referencing who will request further documentation from you and deal with the referencing process.

There will also be a bond for the property equal to 5 weeks rent which will be held for the duration of the tenancy with the DPS. contact us for more details.

By completing this application form you are confirming you have viewed the said property and you are happy to proceed with the property in its current condition and are applying on a ‘taken as seen basis’.

If there is any work/requests you would like to put forward please email this to info@jigsawletting.co.uk and include your name, the said property you are applying for and the request. These will then be put forward to the landlord.

Please note these requests will not be promised to be carried out as it’s the landlord’s decision and you are applying for the property with this in mind.
